Patterns:
This video doesn’t fit the patterns like the other videos we have seen in class because of a few different things. First off the video isn’t funny which most of the videos with the high viewings or hits had to do with comedy. Also the video has nothing cute in it which was the case with the laughing baby, and the dog falling asleep. Lastly the talent, in my opinion there are a lot of guitar videos that are much better done and this kid is talented but there are many more guitarists better than he is.
Description:
The Video is a boy named Jeong-Hyum Lim or nicknamed funtwo, who is playing the song Canon Rock. He is in his room playing as nice guitar which looks like an Ibanez and light is coming in through the window which makesd the video kind of captivating. He plays through the song and doesnt talk before or after the song.
Context:
The video has 44 million views on you tube abd an estimated 5 million on other uploaded sites. The video is ranked 16 on most viewed videos on youtube. This video was not in response to any other videos it was just made an has sparked many other covers of the song ( some better in my opinion).
